Thermofluide is a small business located in Belgium, which provides heater infrastructure maintenance services for clients. They first came to Fun Creative G.K as they were having problems attracting clients and the clients that they were attracting were often leaving their website without going forward with their services. An additional problem that the owner of this company had, was that for the clients choosing to go through with his business, creating the invoice was taking time due to necessary calculation for transportation fees all over Belgium.

With these particular problems in mind, our team opted for the following solutions to 5x their inbound qualified leads in 6 months.

1 - Website design

One of the first problem that we addressed was to work on their website. The initial one was complicated, focused mostly on unnecessary information and without clear CTA (Call To Action) to drive the client to their service. Simplicity is key and this allowed for a change in bounce rate from 80% to 11% in the first 2 months of creation

2 - SEO & Google Ads

In order to make sure that Thermofluide would be able to attract clients in the short and long term, we decided to implement a mix of Google Ads and to create SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly content replying to very specific issues that the potential clients of Thermofluide would have. We focused on written form content with educational purposes on maintenance price, maintenance regulation and how to save money in the long run with heating system maintenance, which resulted, over 6 months, in an increase of 10x the amount of inbound visitors to the website.

To this day, if you research terms like “désembouage Belgique”, Thermofluide appears as the first result on Google Search.

Combined with the re-design of the website, this allowed to 5x the amount of qualified leads that the owner would be able to have access to.

3 - Invoice automization

In order to tackle the last issue that Thermofluide had with time consuming invoice generation, we developed and integrated to their website an automatized invoicing system that would automatically calculate the distance between Thermofluide and the client, calculate the associated cost and generate an invoice to be directly sent to the client.

This benefited the business in many ways, allowing the owner to free time to focus on his core task, decreased the waiting time for the invoice generation (from 4-5 days to less than a minute) and improved overall client satisfaction.
